Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to update and/or change images, prices, shipping prices, shipping couriers, products and payment methods at our own discretion with no prior notice to you.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our service.

Return Policy
All sales are final. 

We accept returns for refund or exchange only for items damaged in transit on a case-by-case basis.

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns.

Products and Services Offered
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We cannot be held responsible if you do not find the product to be accurate with those shown on our Site or other social media platforms.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated to reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Products purchased by you are for personal or gift use and should not be used for commercial purposes, or to derive any commercial benefit. The Witchy Alchemist also reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being purchased and/or shipped to any one customer or postal address. 

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Fulfilment of Orders
Orders will only be fulfilled after payment is received. We reserve the right not to fulfill orders when payment has not been received.

Delivery and Postage
The cost of delivery for local or international deliveries will be displayed on the Site just before checkout.

Orders are processed and dispatched to via local or international delivery service between 3-7 business days. The local and international service shall deliver the Product to the address specified in your Order.

The Witchy Alchemist cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost in the process of either local or international deliveries.

The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and neither we nor the delivery service we engage shall be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused. 

Sales Tax, Customs and Import Charges
For orders shipped within our operating country, prices displayed are inclusive of sales tax. 

For orders shipped to countries and cities outside of our operating country, all taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be borne solely by you in order for your parcel to clear customs.
