When do you restock?
We restock in small batches - please follow our Instagram account for updates!
Can I reserve any potions or items beforehand?
We're sorry, but to be fair to everyone, we do not allow the reservation of items.
What is the processing time for my orders?
The processing time for potion/elixir orders is 7-10 business days.
The processing time for custom potion/elixir orders is 12-14 business days.
The processing time for all other items 2-3 business days.
These times are subject to change at our own discretion due to logistics or product delays. Please also not that processing times do not include delivery time. Please only order with us if you are able to wait.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! However, we are not responsible for your country's duties or taxes imposed on the order.
Why is shipping higher than usual for potions and elixirs?
As potions and elixirs contain LIQUID, they are tricky to ship internationally. Very few global couriers accept liquids for air cargo shipping, and of them, most charge exorbitant fees. After searching for a very long time, we found our current courier who charges relatively affordable rates as well as ships securely and quickly.
The Witchy Alchemist absorbs a significant portion of shipping fees to keep costs low for customers, and we promise that we will continue to lower shipping prices whenever we can.
How are my potions and/or elixirs shipped?
All liquid potions and elixirs are securely packed with adequate cushioning and support.
Will I be able to track my order's journey?
Yes! All shipped orders will have a unique tracking number sent to you via your preferred mode of contact upon dispatch so that you can be appraised of your parcel's location at any time.
If you choose Standard Shipping, tracking details may be updated more sporadicly/be slow to update on the courier's end. If you choose Express Shipping, tracking updates will be more up-to-date as a different courier handles this.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Depending on your country/location, orders can take between 6-14 business days to arrive. Please keep in mind shipping delays and customs clearance times might add to the overall duration as well - this is out of our hands once we dispatch your order.

Can I drink the potions?
No, all our potions and elixirs are not for consumption.
Why is there white residue on my Floating dice potion/Fate’s Forecast elixir
Don’t fret, your potion is not leaking. The white residue is just salt that accumulated on the bottle after we sealed the potion (which is primarily made of salt water).
Do not attempt to wash it off as this could damage the sticker label on the bottle. Instead, you can use an old toothbrush or a toothpick to brush the build-up of salt off.
In the rare chance that your potion is leaking, please do contact us here so that we can help.
Can I open the potion bottle?
We recommend that you do not attempt to open the potion bottle as it would greatly affect the accuracy of the dice roll after.
How long will the shimmer dust in the potion take to settle?
It takes about 20-30 minutes for the shimmer to settle.
The shimmer dust in the potion has settled and is coating the bottom of the bottle so I cannot see my dice roll - what do I do?
Shake the bottle vigorously, that should displace the shimmer!
I can't see the shimmer in my potion?
If the potion liquid is dark, this is inevitable. We add a lot of shimmer to all potions for that extra sparkle - but unless the shimmer is gold or white, in darker liquids, it's normal for the shimmer to be harder to see unless you're under proper lighting.
Will I get skewed/repeat rolls from the die in the potion?
Yes, it's entirely possible as the die is at the mercy of a moving fluid. Hence, how you shake the potion bottle makes a difference as well.
Do you offer custom-made potions?
Yes, we do! You can find them here.
What is the processing time for custom potion?
As custom potions require personalized labels to be printed as well as tailored colours and shimmer, they have a processing time of 12-14 business days. This does not include shipping duration.
Why is the air bubble in my potion suddenly is getting bigger?
All our potions and elixirs are sealed with sealant, but prolonged use and/or over time, the seal may eventually loosen and reintroduce air into the potion.
Refunds, returns, and order issues
What is your policy on refunds, returns, and exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
We brew each potion fastidiously and curate only the best items for our customers, making sure to check for any issues or defects before it's dispatched - so we are absolutely unable to accept refunds or exchanges.
Please note that in the event that items arrive damaged, only the cost of the item will be refunded without the paid shipping cost.
In the event of customs-related issues which see the package returned to us, only the cost of the item will be refunded without the paid shipping cost. If you wish for us to resend the package back to you, please note that you will have to cover shipping costs again. Please feel free to contact us here if you have any issues with your order.
For very specific cases, we may be able to accept returns, but the shipping cost will have to be fully borne by the customer.
What happens if I don't want to pay the duties or taxes imposed by my country after my order has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or cancellations if you decide not to pay the duties. As stated in all our product listings, duties, taxes and/or VAT is the responsibility of the customer.
When should I reach out to you about problems with my order?
Please make sure to check your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if your items are damaged or wrong so that we can help you. If you don’t contact us within a week after your delivery, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to offer you any replacements/refunds etc.
