Right of withdrawal: a 14-day cooling-off period

According to EU regulations, EU customers who buy a product or service online, have the right to withdraw. This means you can cancel the contract within 14 days without providing any justification (the "cooling-off period"). For goods this means 14 days from the date of delivery, for services 14 days after the day the contract was agreed. If the cooling-off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended until the next working day.

Please note that if you cancel the contract (i.e. your order with us), a refund will only be issued once the item(s) purchased from our shop have been returned to their country of origin (Singapore).

The item(s) must be securely packaged to ensure they arrive in their original condition. If the item(s) are damaged due to inadequate packaging during return shipping, we will be unable to issue a refund.
